Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to practice with Yoga with Tess! We are committed to providing a supportive and enriching yoga experience. Please take a moment to review our refund policy:

Class and Package Refunds

  • Single Class Bookings:
    We do not offer refunds for single class bookings once the booking is confirmed. However, if you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 2 hour in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you in a future class, subject to availability.

Special Circumstances

  • Medical or Emergency Situations:
    If you are unable to attend your class or use your class package due to a medical condition or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, we will consider offering a refund or a credit towards future classes, based on individual circumstances. A doctor's note may be required for medical-related refunds.

  • Canceled Classes:
    If a class is canceled by Yoga with Tess due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, studio closure, etc.), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another class at no additional cost.

Booking Transfers

If you need to transfer your booking to a different class, we ask that you notify us at least 2 hours before the class starts. Late transfers may not be possible, depending on availability.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a class without prior notice (a "no-show"), your booking will be considered forfeited, and no refund or credit will be provided.
